Have you ever wanted to learn how to make and bake your very own loaf of beautiful, health giving sourdough bread? Well have we got the workshop for you!
We limit our Sourdough workshop to ten lucky people so you get to actually make a loaf yourself, with your own sticky little fingers, from start to finish….and watch it grow and develop before your eyes!
Wendy will guide you through the process with lots of hands on practice and a complete set of notes to take home with you along with your own loaf to bake next morning.
And of course you own starter/ mother / bread pet …whatever you want to call it. We call ours Princess Berta.
This is a full day workshop starting with morning tea on arrival at 10am, includes lunch and finishes around 3.30 pm

Farmhouse Ferments : Milk, Veggies and Drinks
Learn how to make your own health giving probiotic fermented (cultured) foods including milk based ferments like kefir, yoghurt, cheese and cultured butter as well as fabulous vegetable ferments like kraut and kimchi. We limit these workshops to ten lucky people so you get lots of opportunities to be hands on and ask questions!
Cultured Milk Products:
Learn how to make cultured milk products including kefir, yoghurt, creme fraiche, cultured butter and simple cheeses in your own kitchen.
We’ll have a lot of fun and you’ll leave with :
- hands on experience, a comprehensive set of notes, your very own cheese pet (kefir grain) so you can make your own cultured milk products at home using any kind of milk, samples to take home in glass jars.
This is a half day (3 hr) workshop starting with a delicious morning tea on arrival at 9am for a 9.30 start, finishing at 12.30. Cost $99.
